Welcome to Lidhber®. By using our services, accessing our website, or interacting with our agency in any way, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. PURPOSE

Lidhber® is a creative agency specializing in design, web development, branding, and digital solutions. These Terms govern the use of our services and any business relationship established with our clients.

2. SERVICE ACCEPTANCE

By contracting any of our services, the client expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our privacy and data usage policies.

3. SERVICES

Lidhber® offers, among others:

• Graphic design and visual identity

• Web and e-commerce development

• Complete brand design and branding

• Digital marketing consulting

• Promotional materials and presentations

• Technical support and maintenance

4. QUOTES AND PAYMENTS

• All quotes are valid for 15 calendar days.

• Projects will begin only after a 50% upfront payment is received.

• The remaining balance is due upon final delivery, before any publication or file release.

• Lidhber® reserves the right to pause work in case of delayed payments or missing information from the client.

5. DELIVERY TIMES

• Delivery times will be established in each individual proposal.

• Any change requested by the client may affect the original timeline.

• Lidhber® is not responsible for delays caused by late delivery of content, materials, or feedback from the client.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All designs, code, content, images, and strategies developed by Lidhber® remain the property of the agency until the full payment is received.

• Upon final payment, ownership of the final product is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

• Lidhber® reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its digital or physical portfolio.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

• All information provided by the client will be treated as confidential.

• Lidhber® will not share any data with third parties without prior consent, unless legally required to do so.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• If the client cancels the project, the upfront payment is non-refundable.

• If the project has already started, the client will be charged a proportional fee based on work completed.

• Lidhber® reserves the right to cancel any project for ethical, legal, or compliance reasons.

9. MODIFICATIONS

Lidhber® may update these Terms at any time. We encourage users to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
